Just found some brushes created/collected by Barontieri, M@, and Goro over at Pandemonium Art. A ton of great stuff in these collections. While I was experimenting with the brushes I ended up making a warrior guy out of the abstract shapes that I was making. I’m not sure whether the guy looks better with chains or not so I have two versions.
I recently joined Art Jumble a weekly illustration community with different themes for the week. The first one I did was for Fight Club and I did a speed painting. I don’t often try to draw/paint real people so my Edward Norton interpretation doesn’t look anything like him. I didn’t want to spend more than an hour and a half or two hours on it though so I didn’t go back and fix it.
